Food Vendor Information for NWPA Pride Alliance's 2024 Pride on the Bay

Event Details:

Join us as a food vendor at the Highmark Amphitheatre at Liberty Park, Erie, for Pride on the Bay on Saturday, June 29, starting at 12pm. This year's event is set to be extraordinary, thanks to our relocation to a larger, more secure venue and the addition of a NATIONAL headliner. We anticipate welcoming between 6,000 and 7,000 attendees. Unlike in years past where downtown restaurants were readily accessible, this year's festival will be almost completely reliant on our food vendors in the park.

  • ONE vendor per food type (e.g., one BBQ, one pizza) for diversity.
  • Each vendor gets a 15' frontage spot.
  • Electricity hookups provided as available.
  • NO alcohol sales permitted; The Erie-Western PA Port Authority has sole discretion over alcohol sales.
  • All interested vendors will be presented to the Board for final approval.
  • Once approved, the chosen vendors will be invoiced for $150. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee.
