Vendor Terms and Waiver of Liability

Date: Saturday, June 27th, 2026 Time: Noon - 5:00 PM Location: Liberty Park, Erie, PA

Vendor/Information Space Fee:

  • Vendors/Info Tables: $100.00 per space.
  • Food Trucks: $150.00 per space.

Includes & Equipment:

  • 10' x 10' designated space
  • NOTE: We will NOT be providing tables or chairs this year. All vendors are strictly responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and display setups.
  • NOTE: There is no electricity available at this event.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment may be made via our online payment link provided in your invoice, or via check.
  • Make all checks payable to NWPA Pride Alliance.
  • Mail payment to: NWPA Pride Alliance, PO Box 11448, Erie, PA 16514.
  • Payment in full must be received no later than June 1st, 2026. If your full registration fee is not received by this date, you will forfeit your spot to the waitlist.

Liability Waiver:

Independent vendors shall hold NWPA Pride Alliance, Inc. harmless and free of any liability. NWPA Pride Alliance, Inc. will not be held responsible for vendors' personal injury or personal property damage or loss.

Pride on the Bay Rules of Participation:

By submitting payment, you agree to the following:

  • Event Details:

    • The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be provided for weather cancellations.
    • Event set-up: Because driving space is extremely limited, you will be assigned a specific arrival time prior to the event. Gates open to the public at Noon.
    • All vehicles MUST be removed from the park no later than 11:30 AM.
    • Take down and clean up begins at 5:00 PM and all vendors must be broken down by 6:00 PM.
  • Vendor Responsibilities:

    • Vendors must be present and participate for the full event duration.
    • The promotion or distribution of fireworks, guns, knives, tobacco, alcohol, or any items that could be considered a nuisance, disruptive, dangerous, or a weapon is prohibited.
    • No pets; service animals are permitted.
    • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
    • All items must stay within the assigned area, which must be kept neat and clean.
    • Upon tear down, vendors shall return the area in and around their space to the same or better condition as when they arrived.

    • Organizations must dispose of their own trash.
    • All vendors pay the standard fee, regardless of non-profit status.
    • Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, etc., and all materials must remain entirely within their allocated 10' x 10' space.

Violation of these terms can result in being barred from future Pride Events.

Please remit payment promptly.
