2023 Pride fest lay out. NWPA Pride Alliance reserves the right to make changes up to and including the day of as they see fit.

2023 Pride Fest is on Saturday, June 24, in Perry Square. Pride Fest begins rain or shine at 1 PM with speakers and entertainers expected to last until 5:00 PM. Our Pride Parade will step off from 11th and State at noon and is expected to arrive in Perry Square by 1pm.

Due to enhanced safety measures, access to the streets surrounding Perry Square will be limited during set up.  Vendors will have access from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM for unloading materials at the park. Parking around the park will not be accessible. We encourage you to park in the parking ramp at 7th and Peach or surrounding on-street where available once all tabling materials have been dropped off.  After 11:00 AM no vehicles will be permitted inside the barriers.  Vendors can use their own carts to transport materials within the park after the streets have been closed.

The number of tables on both sides of the park will be much greater this year and our volunteers have a limited amount of time to get them set up. Vendors may bring up to a10 by 10 tent, canopy or umbrella, all tables will be on the grass, in front of sidewalk areas. Your table should be facing the sidewalk that it is adjacent to, as opposed to the lawn. Please note that no electricity is available for this event. If vendors would like a tent, canopy, or umbrella you must bring your own. Vendors are expected to handle all aspects of unloading their materials.  Pride Volunteers will be available to help you find your table but not help you get materials to your table and/or set up.

When you arrive at Perry Square, please go to the large white registration tent in the middle Perry Square WEST and check in. A coordination will then show you your table location. Pride coordinators will be in blue/teal shirts or tank tops.

A map of the park layout is available below.  NWPA Pride may make small changes to the map the day of the event.

Parking will be limited around Perry Square and at the Parade line-up. Please plan accordingly.
